The Casio standard classic model "A168WA" has remained unchanged in design and loved worldwide since its launch in 1988. It features a calm grayish dial, a retro-style square case, and a stainless steel metal band.
The biggest appeal is that it is equipped with an EL backlight (electroluminescent backlight) that illuminates the entire LCD panel uniformly. This is becoming a rare feature as its production is being reduced.
It features daily life water resistance (Water Resistant) and is lightweight at approximately 51g total weight. Convenient daily functions such as an alarm, stopwatch, and 12/24-hour time display switching are also included.
