米軍海兵隊に官給されていた、極寒冷地用アウター「ECWCS GEN3 LEVEL7 PARKA」、通称ハッピースーツです。米軍コントラクターであるWild Things（ワイルドシングス社）によって製造された、本格的なミリタリーアイテムです。
中綿には、ダウンの約8倍の保温力を持つと言われる高機能素材「プリマロフト (PrimaLoft)」が使用されており、非常に軽量ながら抜群の保温性を誇ります。シェル（表地）には撥水透湿性素材EPICが採用され、少々の雨や雪にも対応します。
落ち着いたコヨーテの色味は合わせやすく、タウンユースからアウトドアまで幅広く活躍します。
